II. YNC SERVICE FEE
YNC Education Services Private Limited has partnerships (directly/indirectly) with universities and educational institutions. YNC earns service fees after successful enrollment of a student in an educational institution, as per the respective institution's norms and our partnership agreements.
III. ABOUT US & USE OF PLATFORM
The use of this platform and the services provided through this platform is subject to the following terms of use:

Communication
YNC Education Services Private Limited may contact users through SMS, email, and calls to provide notifications on various important updates. Users hold YNC non-liable for any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, or expenses in case the user's mobile number is registered with the Do Not Call (DNC) database.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold YNC Education Services Private Limited, its distributors, agents, representatives, and other authorized users harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of our services.
Eligibility
Persons who are "competent/capable" of contracting within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 shall be eligible to use our services. Prohibited Content

Users shall be obligated to clear any dues with us for any services procured. YNC Education Services Private Limited shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the services.
V. GOVERNING LAW
The jurisdictional courts of New Delhi, India shall have sole jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, use of the platform or our services. The laws of India govern this Agreement and these terms and conditions.
YNC Education Services Private Limited accepts no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect, for non-compliance with the laws of any country other than India.
